Print Planner/Operator

Custom Products Company in Guilford CT is looking for someone to learn our "Print On Demand" printing business. We will teach you how to read orders, pull product, prep products for printing and, print products. You will learn four types of laser engraving (Co2, sub-surface, digital foil, fiber) and two types of Digital UV printing (flatbed UV and cylinder UV). While prior printing experience is not required, you must be comfortable with computers and have an interest in learning "artwork" and machine software. This is a 5-day a week position with some flexibility on hours (could be 7:30 - 4:00; could be 9:00 - 5:30). It should be noted this is a "standing and moving" job as you will be on your feet 90% of the day and, once well trained, moving from one machine to another to keep multiple jobs running at one time. Benefits available on a shared cost basis.
