Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Flexographic Press Operator to join our team at Brook & Whittle Ltd. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our flexographic printing presses.

Key Responsibilities
  • Press Operation: Set up and operate flexographic printing presses to produce high-quality labels.
  • Maintenance and Troubleshooting: Perform routine maintenance on presses and troubleshoot any issues that arise during production.
  • Quality Control: Monitor print quality and make adjustments as needed to ensure consistent results.
  • Training and Development: Assist in training new team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Safety and Compliance: Comply with all safety procedures and company policies to ensure a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience in flexographic printing, with a focus on press operation and maintenance.
  • Skills: Excellent computer skills, ability to lift up to 50 pounds, and strong attention to detail.
  • Work Environment: Must be able to stand for long periods and work in a fast-paced production environment.
