Hiring Immediately for Sales Representatives - At Erie Home, our mission is to enhance the quality of life for homeowners through premier home improvement solutions. As a Sales Representative, you play a vital role in achieving this mission by providing exceptional service to our customers.

Day in the Life as a Sales Representative:

  • Start your day with a team meeting to strategize and prepare.
  • Receive pre-set, pre-qualified appointments between 1 pm and 7:30 pm (no cold calling required).
  • Conduct in-home sales presentations and demos of our industry-leading residential roofing solutions.
  • Utilize innovative software for precise measurements and assess damage through ladder or attic inspections.
  • Negotiate contracts and close deals to meet homeowner’s needs.

Erie Home’s Culture:

  • Weekly pay based on your performance, with an average commission of $2,000 per sale, and monthly performance-based bonuses.
