We have partnered with a nationwide family-owned, Full-service design and construction company. They are leading the way in start-to-finish commercial construction projects in over 40 states. They recently opened a second headquarters in Phoenix, Arizona, and are looking for talented individuals in the trades to join their rapidly growing team.

We are actively seeking Electrical Foreman to support their new construction projects in the Phoenix area. We are looking for talented individuals with Electrician experience in leading electrical crews on new construction sites.

REQUIREMENTS

  • 5+ years of experience in electrical system installation, and large commercial projects.
  • 2+ years’ previous foreman experience in Multi-family or commercial jobs.
  • Journeyman License (preferred)

RESPONSIBILITES

  • Attend job site meetings and provide useful input for the General Contractors in regard to electrical installations
  • Provide daily reports of the job site to the Project Manager
  • Organization of electrical materials, and inventory adjustment reports
  • Keep a detailed calendar of ship schedules for materials (lights, gear, trim, and the like)
  • Adhere to the General Contractors schedule and manage manpower at an optimum level
  • Schedule electrical inspections and perform job walks with the electrical inspectors
  • Read complex blueprints, piping, sketches, schematics, and wiring diagrams
  • Installation of a variety of electrical distribution equipment, wiring, lighting in-ground conduits
  • Troubleshoot and repair electrical wiring, lighting, and devices
