Pay

  • $30.00-$40.00 hourly

Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage electrical projects, ensuring that they are completed efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
  • Provide leadership to the electrical team, assigning tasks, coordinating work schedules, and motivating team members to achieve project goals.
  • Interpret and understand electrical blueprints and specifications, guiding the team in implementing accurate installations according to project requirements.
  • Ensure the quality and compliance of electrical installations with industry standards, codes, and project specifications.
  • Enforce and uphold safety protocols and standards on job sites, fostering a secure working environment for all team members.
  • Efficiently allocate and manage resources, including materials, equipment, and manpower, to optimize project productivity.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, addressing concerns, providing updates, and ensuring overall satisfaction with the project progress.
  • Lead the troubleshooting efforts in identifying and resolving electrical issues that may arise during the project, ensuring a smooth workflow.
  • Provide guidance and training to team members, fostering skill development and promoting a culture of continuous learning within the electrical team.
  • Collaborate with other trades and contractors on the job site to ensure seamless integration of electrical work with overall project requirements.
  • Assist in budget development, monitor expenses, and contribute to cost-control measures to stay within project budget constraints.
  • Maintain accurate records, including project documentation, progress reports, and any necessary paperwork to ensure accountability and compliance.
  • Effectively address and resolve any challenges or conflicts that may arise during the project, promoting a solution-oriented approach.
  • Provide on-site supervision, offering guidance and support to the team, and addressing any issues that may hinder project progress.

Job requirements

  • At least 5 years of experience as an electrician
  • Verifiable experience in managing commercial workrequired
  • Ability to read and analyzeblueprints
  • Thrive in a dynamic environment, embrace challenges as opportunities for growth, and be driven by a desire to achieve excellence in your work
  • Highly goal-oriented and driven to achieve results
  • Possess strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy and precision in all tasks
  • Motivated to continuously learn and grow, both personally and professionally
  • Excited by outdoor work, especially in the Arizona summer heat
  • Ability to articulate ideas clearly and effectively, listen actively, and communicate with confidence and persuasiveness
