Automated Health Systems, a dynamic healthcare company, is looking to hire a quality management professional to lead its team in the Baltimore, MD area.

As the Quality Assurance Manageryou will support and lead quality efforts for a state-wide customer service and contact center which will assist with state-related health care programs.  Team-oriented, professional candidates must possess knowledge of Maryland Medicaid, Managed Care, eligibility, and low-income populations.

Requirements

  • Must possess five to seven years of quality assurance experience.
  • Previous experience in a call center environment strongly preferred.
  • Must possess qualitative and quantitative analytical skills, ability to review and analyze reports, and ability to develop recommendations and implementation plans.
  • Advanced PC skills (i.e., Microsoft Excel) and proficiency with call monitoring software required.
  • Bachelor’s Degree in related field and/or equivalent experience/training required.
