Automated Health Systems has part time call center positions available in Elkridge, MD.

This position is onsite at 6514 Meadowridge Road, Elkridge, MD.

As a Customer Service Representative, you will be responsible for assisting individuals and families gain access to vital services. Qualifications for the position include:

  • Team player with excellent communication skills.
  • Customer-focused with a passion for helping people.
  • Strong PC proficiency with a willingness to learn.
  • Ability to handle high call volume in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain confidentiality of personal health information.
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in customer service and/or call center environment required.
  • High School Diploma, Associates degree in related field preferred.
  • Bilingual skills (i.e., Spanish or Creole) strongly preferred.

Available shifts between 8am to 5pm, Monday through Friday.

Training is Monday through Friday 9:30AM-2PM.
