The Atlantic Group has partnered with a law firm in the Manhattan area. They have an immediate need for an Administrative Assistant to join their team. This position is a full-time contract role with the opportunity to become permanent based on performance.

 

Summary: Searching for an Administrative Assistant who can assist with answering phones, making copies of legal documents, performing calendar management, and other administrative tasks as needed. Looking for someone who can commit to this opportunity and is available immediately.

 

Schedule: This position is in the office full time. Hours are 9:00-5:30pm.

Interview Process: Possible direct hire based off background/resume.

Start Date: ASAP. This week (pending background check)

 

Requirements:

-Bachelor’s degree strongly preferred.

-Experience working in the legal industry is a plus.

-Administrative experience required.

-Verbal and written communication skills, multi-tasking, customer service skills and interpersonal skills.

-Ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

-Ability to keep information organized and confidential.

-Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
