Job Title: Safety Coordinator (Bilingual)

Starting Pay: $25 an hour

Job Description

  • Provide technical EHS support to supervisors, employees, and contractors, for on-going daily manufacture, and future safety projects
  • Produce safety onboard training to new employees
  • Coordinate the safety committee.
  • Prepares monthly safety meetings
  • Promote our company family safety culture
  • Performs inspections and incident investigations, conducts audits, prepares reports, handles facility permitting and interacts with regulatory agencies, consultants and vendors
  • Support the Operations Director in coordinating the EMS network keeping track of the action plans

Requirements

  • Minimum 1-3 years of OSHA experience
  • Strong working knowledge of Workers Compensation requirements
  • Proficient in MS Office and Outlook
  • Bilingual in Spanish/English required
