Job DescriptionJob Description

We are seeking a Residential Property Manager/ Construction Project Manager to become a part of our team You will help plan and facilitate all real estate activities and transactions.

This job currently calls for 15-25 hours a week. Some weeks you are busy and some weeks your phone will barely ring.

Health insurance and retirement can be included for the right candidate and right fit.

Responsibilities:

  • Oversee and coordinate all leases and renewals.
  • Coordinating contractors and delivery of construction material.
  • Overseeing new build construction and following critical path time frames.
  • Attract and educate new tenants
  • Investigate and resolve tenant complaints
  • Update and improve properties to increase return on investment
  • Ensure all work order and repair requests are processed in a timely fashion
  • Supervise and train property staff
  • Enforce property and associations' rules and regulations

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in property management or other real estate, property maintenance related fields encouraged. Will also train the right person.
  • Familiarity with real estate contracts and leases
  • Ability to build rapport with tenants
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
