Our company, Jobot, is seeking a skilled Superintendent - Residential to manage the complete life-cycle of high-end residential construction projects. As a technical and design savvy management professional, you will be responsible for ensuring thorough and competent management of project schedule, budget, resource allocation, and documentation. You will maintain timely and effective communication with the team, field, client, owner's rep, design partner, and other stakeholders. Your proactive, flexible, and responsive attitude will be essential in addressing partial blueprints, design developments, challenges, opportunities, and changes. You will also be responsible for value engineering, managing subcontractors, materials-related activities, project documentation, and project closeout. To be successful in this role, you will need 5 years of high-end residential construction experience, a Construction Management degree or other relevant education, and excellent communication, team-building, and mentoring skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, Project, BlueBeam, and/or Adobe Acrobat is also required. Familiarity with web-based applications such as Slack, Asana, SmartSheet, and Airtable is a plus.
