Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Residential Project Manager to join our team at Jobot. As a key member of our luxury home construction team, you will be responsible for managing the daily construction process of high-end residential projects from permit approval through job completion and delivery to the owner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage daily construction activities, including generating and updating project schedules, coordinating trade partners, materials, and equipment.
  • Ensure that selections and specifications are being strictly followed, and that the work is within desired quality standards and within budget.
  • Coordinate required inspections with local jurisdictions and ensure project is ready for inspections.
  • Run multiple residential projects at one time and manage weekly customer logs with the BuilderTrend software.
  • Follow all company safety and security policies and procedures, report incidents, injuries, and unsafe work practices to management, and complete safety training and certifications.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in construction management and/or minimum of 5 years related experience working on high-end residential projects.
  • Project experience as the main superintendent.
  • Extensive knowledge of construction industry practices, procedures, as well as local, state, and federal building codes, and reads blueprints accurately.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) as well as other computer and web-based applications.
