Job Summary: The Part-Time Support Center Administrative Assistant at Day Wireless Systems plays a critical role in maintaining efficient administrative operations within the support center. This position supports the team by handling diverse administrative tasks and ensuring effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

Administrative & Accounting Support:

  • Upload AR & AP invoices and statements to BOX drive.
  • Reconciliation of SB International AR & AP invoices.
  • Backup for travel coordination, assist the Executive Assistant when needed.
  • Greet guests when they arrive, calling the person they are meeting down to the lobby, answer and manage general support center emails, and correspondence.
  • Handle mail distribution and coordinate shipments with UPS and FedEx.

Inventory Management:

  • Support equipment and supply inventory management.
  • Coordinate office supply procurement and maintain an organized supply closet.
  • Liaise with vendors for timely supply deliveries.

General Duties:

  • Assist in scheduling conference rooms and meetings when needed.
  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
  • Adhere to company policies and procedures.

Working Conditions:

  • Part-time position with flexible hours, typically 3 days a week.
  • Office environment

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional office administration training is advantageous.
  • Previous experience as an administrative assistant or receptionist.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Experience in customer service or support is preferred.
