The Information Technology Department at Northern Light Medical Management has an exciting opportunity for an IT professional with experience supporting radiology systems and applications. We are a successful, growing, hospital-based Medical Management company looking for a Desktop & Network Support Engineer who is dedicated to teamwork and operational excellence.  

Qualifications 
- Associate's degree in information technology, computer science, or equivalent preferred but not required 
- Minimum of 3 years I.T. support with experience supporting radiology systems and applications 
- A+, Security+, Network+ and/or Microsoft certifications are preferred
- Familiarity with Manage Engine Service Desk Plus and Endpoint Central is preferred   
- Familiarity with PACS, Voice Recognition and Artificial Intelligence tools 
- Strong technical aptitude configuring, deploying, and supporting routers, firewalls, and switches 
- Strong technical aptitude engineering and troubleshooting networks 
- Strong technical aptitude troubleshooting/resolving full range of desktop, mobile, and peripheral issues 
- Moderate to high-level experience with all MS OS platforms, MS 365 Web Based Apps, and MS 365 Admin Centers such as Entra ID, Exchange, SharePoint, Teams, Endpoint Manager, Security, Compliance, etc.   
- Moderate to high-level experience with all MS Azure Admin Tools   

Role and Responsibilities 
- Act as primary I.T. support contact for all locations/end users   
- Create new user accounts along with required network and application access 
- Configure and ship computer equipment to ensure no delays to new hire start dates 
- Respond to all I.T. requests in a timely, courteous, and professional manner   
- Implement fixes & solutions based on standards and SLAs set by the CIO   
- Document work & escalate issues to the CIO promptly as needed   
- Work on-call evenings and weekends as determined by the CIO   

This is a full-time position in our Miami, Florida office. 
Workweek: Sunday - Wednesday
Hours: 8:00am - 5:00pm 
Pay Rate: DOE
