JOB DESCRIPTION

The IT Manager will support and be responsible for a small, office network and endpoints that serve the GHH staff. The IT Manager will provide day-to-day support for the end users and office environment. The IT Manager will, at the direction of the CISO, perform network and endpoint remediation as necessary and generate evidence to support the company's Cybersecurity Program.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
  • Ordering and provisioning hardware (laptops, monitors, switch and router)
  • Configuring Intune Autopilot to enroll new endpoints
  • Administer Microsoft 365 licenses
  • Create, configure and audit Azure AD users
  • Monitor office network appliances (switch, router and security devices)
  • Review Jira Support Desk ticket queue
  • Perform cloud, network and endpoint remediation as directed.
  • HL7 experience is a plus, whether with V2 ADT messages or V3 CCD messages

  • XML knowledge/experience a plus

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS

  • 2-5 years of experience in Desktop Support or System Admin role.
  • Knowledge and experience with Microsoft Azure AD
  • Experience configuring TCP/IP, VPN, switches, and routers, and firewalls
  • Experience with Microsoft365, SharePoint, Teams
  • Experience with cloud PBX and VOIP
  • Experience with Cybersecurity Frameworks
  • Project management background/skills
  • Excellent communication skills
  • US Citizen and ability to pass a criminal background check
