Job DescriptionJob Description
  • Tasked with administrative duties supporting the COO that require confidentiality, initiative, and sound decision-making. This position involves handling confidential information, preparing reports, and correspondence, arranging conference calls, scheduling meetings, managing travel arrangements, and calendar.
  • Demonstrate the ability to interact with staff at all levels in a fast-paced environment, remaining flexible, proactive, resourceful and efficient, with a high level of professionalism. 
  • Efficiently manage calendar, schedule and coordinate meetings, conferences, and appointments. Prioritize and optimize the executive's time to ensure productive work flow.
  • Arrange complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, ground transportation and dining.
  • Provide travel packages with all necessary documentation and information
  • Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, and relevant materials, coordinate logistics for internal and external meetings, ensuring  smooth execution.
  • Organize and maintain confidential files and documents, both digital and physical, assist in preparation of reports, memos, and presentations.
  • Monitor and reconcile expense reports, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
  • Ability to adapt procedures, processes and techniques to the completion of assignments and in line with the department's activities and goals.
  • High performer who develops careful plans and execute consistently and effectively
  • Must be a big picture person while still able to consider the smallest detail
  •  Able to work collaboratively and bring out the best in people
