Russell Tobin's client, a health care and well-being company is seeking an Open Enrollment Marketing Specialist to work remotely

This role will be mainly responsible for supporting Client Managers in ordering materials and resources for Open Enrollment.

Employment Type: Contract/Remote

Pay rate: $25-$30/hr, DOE

Responsibilities:

  • Support material ordering through a UHC tool, Be a SME on the ordering tool for materials and enrollers.
  • Provide training in small group 1:1 sessions.
  • Provide guidance on what is appropriate to provide during events.
  • Understand how to create pre-member Websites and support the creation of these sites.
  • Be able to track down materials should they not arrive at a location.

Required experience:

  • Highschool/GED or equivalent
  • Ability to multi-task throughout the day (2 years)
  • Ability to quickly develop trusting relationships (2 years)
  • Ability to quickly understand a Web tool for ordering materials (2 years)

Nice to have Skills:

  • Event Planning
  • Healthcare industry experience
