Join our team at our industry leading Energy partners as a Customer Care Operations Advisor, you will play a crucial role in partnering with the Enterprise (TIS) team. Your primary responsibility will be facilitating end-to-end requirements gathering for prioritized system changes or enhancements. This is your chance to make a significant impact on customer care operations and drive system improvements.

What You Will Do:

  • Gather detailed business requirements for system enhancements and changes.
  • Work closely with enterprise functional and technical teams to prepare for user acceptance testing.
  • Ensure CIS Systems reflect CC Ops changes accurately through thorough regression testing.
  • Build and maintain effective communication with company stakeholders and customer care teams.
  • Develop and send clear communications to stakeholders about system enhancements and their impacts.
  • Act as a bridge between business stakeholders and developers, providing clarity, communication, and support where needed.
  • Take ownership of assigned duties, successfully executing all tasks while managing multiple demands simultaneously.
  • Utilize problem-solving, analytical, and critical thinking skills to facilitate comprehensive requirements gathering.

Who You Are:

  • A related University degree with a minimum of 4 years' experience in business or systems analysis, with knowledge of TIS systems and solutions or related fields. Equivalent combinations of education and experience will be considered.
  • Strong understanding of technology implementation requirements and methodologies.
  • In-depth knowledge of customer care operations and business needs.
  • Proven ability to analyze complex problems and deliver sound solutions.
  • Demonstrated capability to make informed decisions and achieve results.
  • Excellent skills in building consensus, negotiation, and facilitation.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% as needed.
