Gemini Pallets is seeking a highly motivated Lead Generation Specialist to join our rapidly growing team.
We are looking for a self-starter with a proven ability to identify and qualify potential clients. This is a commission-only role.
As a lead generation specialist, the mission of this company starts with you. You are the lifeblood of our business, the architect of our growth, and the catalyst for our success.
Responsibilities:
Conduct in-depth research to identify potential clients within our target market.
Utilize various research tools and databases to build a strong lead pipeline.
Qualify leads based on specific criteria and ensure they align with our ideal customer profile.
Accurately document lead information and maintain a clean CRM database.
Collaborate with the sales team to provide valuable lead insights.
Lucrative Commission: Enjoy a flat rate of $500 per closed account for the first 25 accounts. After securing 25 accounts, transition to a high-commission structure of 10% on total monthly revenue.
Disclaimer:
If you don't close at least 3 accounts per month you wont qualify for recurring pay. Recurring pay happens after the 25 accounts are secured and for the remainder of the year you receive 10% commission of total accounts value aka "Free Commission" If our lead specialists cant position us to close at least one account in ANY month you will be terminated both the closers and lead specialists.
