Position Type: Evaluation to Hire

Compensation:

  • Starting at $17.50/hr. for candidates with minimal experience
  • $20+/hr. for experienced candidates
  • Pay rate determined based on prior electronic assembly experience

Job Description:

  • Gather parts, subassemblies, tools, and materials required for electronic components and connections
  • Assemble components, ensuring correct fit and fastening parts and subassemblies
  • Test electronic components for continuity
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
  • Perform quality assurance checks throughout the assembly process
  • Record production and quality data
  • Work schedule: Four 10-hour shifts per week with three consecutive days off

Job Requirements: Entry Level

  • Motivated, eager to learn, and dependable with excellent attendance
  • Previous experience in gaming, electronics, chassis assembly, or similar roles advantageous
  • Reliable transportation to the Dripping Springs area (Zip code 78737)
  • Desire for a long-term position with ample growth opportunities
  • Willingness to work a Monday-Friday schedule during training (7am-4:30pm) and transition to a four-day work week (7:30am-5:30pm) with 3 consecutive days off
  • Flexibility to work at least one weekend day, potentially two depending on shift availability
