Job Summary

Skyline Products, a leading manufacturer of electronic price signs and transportation systems, is seeking a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Colorado Springs, CO.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assemble manufactured parts using hand and power tools
  • Lay out, position, align, and fit components together
  • Assemble parts by bolting and riveting
  • Repair products by dismantling, straightening, reshaping, and reassembling parts
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an assembler
  • Technical knowledge and ability to read blueprints, drawings, and specifications
  • Ability to use tools (e.g. clamps) and machines (e.g. presses)
  • Good understanding of quality control principles
  • Good communication skills (verbal and written)
  • Excellent hand-eye coordination and physical condition
Working Conditions

Regularly performs tasks that will require heavy lifting, carrying, and moving materials weighing 50 – 100 lbs. or more off the ground, up and overhead.

Work Schedule

Full-time position with DAY SHIFT: 7:30am to 4:00pm Monday through Friday, and NIGHT SHIFT: 4:00pm to 12:30am Monday through Friday.

Compensation for this position is $17 - $20.00 an hour, with a $2.00 shift differential for NIGHT SHIFT.
