PrideStaff Greenville is seeking an experienced School Janitor / Event Set Up on behalf of our client in Greenville, SC.

We are searching for a dependable & skilled School Janitor / Event Set Up person. The School Janitor / Event Set Up responsibilities include performing general custodial duties in the church, offices, common areas, and classrooms. They will be able to perform all duties related to maintaining the general cleaning & sanitizing needs of facilities.

School Janitor / Event Set Up Responsibilities include:

  • Maintain the general cleanliness & sanitizing of all church facilities
  • Routine cleaning & upkeep of bathrooms, kitchens, and classrooms
  • Perform heavy cleaning duties such as cleaning floors and shampooing rugs
  • Perform routine maintenance tasks
  • Organize custodial closets and spaces
  • Maintain working condition of cleaning equipment
  • Event set up with chairs and tables

School Janitor / Event Set Up Qualifications include:

  • Previous experience in cleaning, maintenance, or other related fields
  • Ability to handle physical workload
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Complete background & drug screen
  • Must be able stand & walk up to 8 hours
  • Reliable transportation
  • Ability to report on time and work each day. Dependable.
  • Some overtime required
