Job Description

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES:
  • Actively participate in the site's Environmental Health and Safety, quality assurance, and Performance Excellence initiatives.
  • Maintain the necessary qualifications and skills to perform the Packager role within the Spray Dryer unit and assist in the packaging operations in the granulation unit by fulfilling the responsibilities of the Dryer Operator role when needed.
  • Conduct daily housekeeping tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Secure and lock the facility after standard operating hours.
  • Properly load and dispose of special waste materials into designated containers as required.
  • Safely operate forklifts and other machinery, ensuring all daily inspections are completed and recorded.
  • Collaborate with other operators on-site, as directed by the supervisor or management, to accomplish assigned tasks effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS (Education, Experience, Special Skills):
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills are essential.

  • Janitor - $22.13
  • Packager - $25.08
  • Prestager - $26.22
  • Mix Operator - $28.27
  • Material Handler - $28.52
  • Dryer Operator - $28.52
Shifts: Schedule to be determined, shifts vary based on position available on employee's start date. Three days on, Three days off - 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am.
