Job Summary:

TYPICAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

DUTIES:
  • Actively participate in the site's Environmental Health and Safety (EHS), quality, and Performance Excellence initiatives.
  • Maintain the necessary qualifications and skills to perform the Packager role within the Spray Dryer unit and assist in the packaging operations in the granulation unit as needed.
  • Conduct daily housekeeping tasks as assigned by the supervisor.
  • Secure the facility after regular business hours.
  • Safely load special waste materials into designated containers as required.
  • Operate forklifts and other machinery in compliance with safety protocols, ensuring daily inspections are performed and documented.
  • Collaborate with other operators on site as directed by management to complete assigned tasks effectively.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

QUALIFICATIONS:
  • High School Diploma or equivalent.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills.

Additional Information:
New hires typically begin in the Janitor position and may bid on other roles as they become available. Job classifications and shift assignments will be determined based on operational needs.

Compensation:
Janitor - $22.13
Packager - $25.08
Prestager - $26.22
Mix Operator - $28.27
Material Handler - $28.52
Dryer Operator - $28.52

Shifts:
Schedules will be established based on position availability, with varying shifts including three days on and three days off, either from 6 am to 6 pm or 6 pm to 6 am.
