Please note this role is on-site. 

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Personal Injury Case Manager to join our team. Ideal candidates will have excellent verbal and written communication skills. Must be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment managing competing priorities and have a minimum of 1 year of experience in personal injury law.

This position is on-site at our Newport Beach Office.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Use of software and digital tools for file setup and opening cases
  • Preparing claims and sending letters of representation
  • Collecting records and coordinating medical treatment
  • Communicate with clients, medical providers, insurance adjusters, and attorneys
  • Maintain workflow by assuring prompt and accurate handling of assigned cases
  • Provide general support to handling attorney

 

Qualifications:

- A solid work ethic and positive attitude

- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail

- Ability to work under pressure while maintaining a good sense of humor

- 1+ years experience in Personal injury case management or litigation

- Excellent customer service, written and verbal communication skills

- Bilingual (Spanish) preferred
