Position Summary: We are actively seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager with a robust background in Scrum Master and Agile methodologies, complemented by substantial expertise in infrastructure, cloud environments, and security. The successful candidate will possess deep knowledge in network engineering, firewall configurations, IaaS, PaaS, SaaS, and other cloud technologies, managing multiple workstreams within a large-scale program and driving project outcomes in collaboration with various internal and external stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead and manage multiple project workstreams, ensuring they align with the program's objectives and adhere to infrastructure, cloud, and security best practices.
• Collaborate with Scrum Masters and Agile teams to foster a collaborative environment and achieve project milestones, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, and security initiatives.
• Embody the behaviors of a Lean-Agile Leader, promoting SAFe core values, adopting SAFe principles, and implementing SAFe practices within a cloud-centric and security-focused context.
• Update user stories, features, and epics and manage the delivery to achieve quarterly objectives.
• Support the team rules of Scrum, remove impediments, and lead efforts for relentless improvement and increased efficiency, particularly in cloud, infrastructure, and security projects.
• Step in to manage and bridge gaps in project management as needed, ensuring continuous progress with a keen eye on network engineering and security operations.
• Facilitate Program Increment (PI) planning sessions and proactively manage project dependencies, risks, and issues, with a focus on cloud, infrastructure, and security challenges.
• Serve as a key communicator and collaborator, adept at engaging with team members across all levels, especially in areas concerning cloud technologies, infrastructure, and security.
Qualifications:
• Demonstrated experience in Agile project management with a deep understanding of Agile principles and practices, particularly within infrastructure, cloud, and security environments.
• Exceptional communication skills, capable of clearly articulating complex concepts related to network engineering, firewall rules, Azure, and cloud technologies.
• Strong collaborative skills and the ability to work effectively within a team setting, with a focus on infrastructure, cloud, and security projects.
• Experience in managing project dependencies, risks, and issues in cloud, infrastructure, and security domains.
• Proficiency in Azure DevOps (ADO) is highly desirable, with a strong emphasis on managing cloud-based and security-focused projects.
• Relevant certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or SAFe Practitioner, with additional credentials in network engineering, cloud technologies, and security management.
• Familiarity with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) concepts and practices, with the ability to apply them in infrastructure, cloud, and security-focused projects.
