Duties for Success: 

  • Requirement working experience at least 4 years as a bookkeeper with the experience of working in Accounts Receivable Accounts Payable.
  • Bank Transactions including Wire, ACH, Writing a checks Bank reconciliation
  • At least 3 years working experience in Quickbooks online.
  • Working experience with CRM or ERP systems. GAAP knowledge.
  • Recording daily financial transactions, including purchases, receipts, sales and payments using QuickBooks software.
    Invoicing customers, entering bills from invoices, and receivers for purchases.
  • Follows up with customers on past due invoices.
  • Generates weekly AP/AR reports.
  • Ensures the financial records of the organization are accurate.
  • Reconciles or notes and reports discrepancies found in records.
  • Complies with federal, state and company policies, procedures and regulations.
  • Receives, records and banks cash, checks and vouchers.
  • Maintains supplies by checking stock to determine inventory levels; anticipating requirements; placing and expediting orders; verifying receipt; stocking items; delivering supplies to work stations.
  • Enhances organization reputation by accepting ownership for accomplishing new and different requests; exploring opportunities to add value to job accomplishments.
  • Maintains and updates filing system for the department. Retrieves information from files when needed.


Qualifications and Education Requirements: 

  • 1-3 years' professional experience in Sales and Use Tax.
  • Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, Business or other relevant
    field is preferred, but not required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Highly organized and able to multi-task.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently, show initiative, and take ownership while understanding the importance of collaboration & teaming
  • Practices superior time management.
  • Able to re-prioritize tasks and support teams based on
    frequently changing needs
  • Experience with sales tax preparation software and a history of
    learning technology quickly.
  • Experience with QuickBooks Online


Required Skills/Abilities: 

Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Knowledge of general financial accounting and cost accounting. Understanding of and the ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.
