Office Manager/Bookkeeper

Our company is currently seeking an Office Manager/Bookkeeper to join our team You will be responsible for preparing and examining financial records for our company. As well as helping manage office staff and communicate with customers in our small business.
Job Qualifications:
1. Must have experience with bookkeeping: Detail Oriented, ability to prioritize and multitask
2. Must have knowledge of Quickbooks
3. Good Communications skills and well organized are essential
4. Bi-Lingual a plus
Job Duties:
1. Make Bank Deposits
2. Oversee title transfer of vehicles and daily mail gets sent out, and other daily tasks such as booking in vehicles, posting vehicles sold into software system etc.
3. Insure weekly and monthly bookkeeping tasks are completed to include: payroll, taxes paid to IRS, bank reconciliations, sales taxes paid, inventory taxes paid, etc, property taxes paid, etc. Strong organizational skills. Perform any other data entry and administrative duties necessary.
4. Communicate with customers and help with overseeing office staff to include overseeing accounts payable and accounts receivable. Help with underwriting of auto loans. Generally help with any customer service required and or help oversee such duties.
