Summary:
Lawn Enforcement Agency is seeking a self-motivated Sales & Marketing Manager for our Florida based commercial landscape and construction business. This exciting role is accountable for business growth from existing clients and new market opportunities. The experienced Sales & Marketing Manager will serve as a company representative on outward facing relationships, while internally driving performance and simultaneously enhancing procedures, systems, and reporting. It is essential for the Sales & Marketing Manager to carry out leadership responsibilities in accordance with the company’s policies, as well as accomplish established department goals. This leadership position requires a results-driven individual with a passion for sales and marketing growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•\tLead, manage and hold all sales & marketing resources accountable
•\tPlanning and execution of sales strategies to achieve department quotas
•\tPlanning and execution of marketing strategies to build market trust and awareness
•\tBuild and grow customer relationships
•\tTrain the sales team to achieve high performance results
•\tReview and approve all proposals and estimates

Essential duties:
This is a partial list. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
•\tSell and manage customer accounts
•\tTrack and report sales and marketing performance and activities
•\tDevelop appealing landscape and hardscape designs
•\tDevelop and regularly review sales and marketing budgets
•\tDevelop and enforce effective sales and marketing processes
•\tManage contacts, leads, and opportunities using our CRM application

Required qualifications
•\tBachelor’s degree in landscape architecture or related field is preferred
•\tExcellent leadership, communication, and sales skills
•\tExpert knowledge of the landscape construction and maintenance industry
•\t5+ years’ proven experience as a sales and marketing manager in the landscape industry
•\tExceptional understanding and application of sales and marketing
•\tWilling to work onsite daily in Gainesville, FL
•\tPeriodic travel to Ocala, FL and Ormond Beach, FL branch locations and markets
