HealthCare Support is actively seeking a Health Insurance Compliance Coordinator to fill an opening with a prestigious healthcare organization.
Daily Responsibilities for the Health Insurance Compliance Coordinator:
- Responsible for completing and tracking contracts with their clients (i.e. employer groups) including administrative services agreements.
- Send the contracts out, track, and file them appropriately once received.
- Provide support to Compliance Director with research and documentation of regulations related to our business.
- Facilitate execution and management of vendor and other company contracts.
- Create final documents/contracts from rough drafts, corrected copies, or previous versions.
- Track, research and respond to Attorney, DOI and DOL requests with guidance from the Compliance.
- SHIFT: Monday – Friday, 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. EST
- 100% REMOTE
- High school graduate or General Education Degree (GED)
- 2+ years of Third-Party Administrative Compliance or legal experience required with degree OR 3+ years of experience without degree
- Experience with contract management, coordination, and/or familiar with regulatory statutes
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills required
- Problem-solving skills: identify opportunities and suggest potential solutions
- ERISA experience, highly desirable
- Associate’s degree
