Position – Customer Service Representative

Location – Lewisburg, TN 37091

Pay - $16- $17/hour

Position type – 6Months+

THE ROLE:

The Staff Accountant will be highly motivated self-starter with the ability to multi-task and complete assignments within tight time constraints and deadlines.

 

Responsibilities:

  • Answering incoming calls and responding to customer emails promptly and professionally
  • Routing calls to appropriate resources and departments
  • Documenting all call information according to standard operating procedures
  • Entering accurate ordering information into the company system
  • Providing customers with order information, assistance, and product support
  • Acting as a switchboard for the company and referring customers to the appropriate departments
  • Triaging customer inquiries and transferring them to Tier 2 representatives when necessary
  • Assisting with internal customer requests and determining if they can be met or require escalation to Tier 2
  • Meeting personal and team sales targets and call handling quotas
  • Handling customer complaints, providing appropriate solutions, and ensuring timely resolution
  • Keeping records of customer interactions, processing customer accounts, and filing documents
  • Following communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
  • Taking the extra mile to engage customers and ensure their satisfaction

 

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED
  • Ability to type 60+ words per minute
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word)
  • Familiarity with SAP and Sales Force is a plus
  • Experience in call center environments is preferred but not required
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Strong time management and organizational skills
  • Sense of urgency, self-initiative, commitment, and sense of ownership
  • Superior follow-up and follow-through skills
