SUMMARY
The Registration Representative performs check-in and/or check-out functions in a patient-centered and efficient manner. This includes greeting patients, verifying patient information, escorting patients throughout the clinic, and much more
QUALIFICATIONS
1. High School Diploma or Equivalent required.
2. Six (6) months of customer service experience required.
3. Prior experience working in a medical office preferred.
4. Medical terminology preferred.
5. Registration or front office medical clinic experience preferred.
6. Pennsylvania state police criminal record check, child abuse history clearance and an FBI criminal history check required.
WORKING CONDITIONS
* Work performed in climate-controlled, indoor setting 100.00%
* Frequently required/prolonged sitting, standing or walking 100.00%
