Graphic Designer Mission: Join our Creative Team as a detail-oriented Graphic Designer Are you skilled in design with a passion for precision? COMPETENCIES:

This position is responsible for the creative development, production, design integrity, and effectiveness of a variety of marketing and communications assets across all channels, including website, emails, display ads, catalog, direct mail, and multi-media campaigns. Guides the evolution of design direction for a given brand or brands.

  • Designs materials for various campaigns and promotions which include catalogs, print materials, web assets, email.
  • Maintain, organize and update art resources.
  • Support sales and internal teams with all graphic needs.
  • Partners with the management, and team members to understand business needs and marketing requirements and devise compelling design solutions to best meet those needs.
  • Guides the development of fresh, high-quality design and typography that supports brand direction.
  • Proactively seeks out ways to improve consistency and effectiveness of visual communications for the company.
  • Manage tasks and schedules to meet all production and deadlines.
  • Visually proofs and verifies content of assigned items prior to release.
  • Other job duties as assigned.

Requirements:

  • A degree in Graphic Design required.
  • 2-4 years of graphic related experience desired
  • Well-versed in Adobe Creative Suite
  • Mac OS platform experience a must
  • Ability to identify and interpret graphics design needs and develop creative and responsive design concepts
  • Working knowledge of graphic design fundamentals/principles which includes: typography, layout, and color theory
