Responsibilities:
- Coordinate the installation, programming, troubleshooting, and upkeep of audio-visual and communication equipment.
- Interface professionally with clients to discuss project requirements and convey system details effectively.
- Support the sales team by ensuring competitive and accurate bid responses.
- Conduct thorough building site surveys to confirm installation needs.
- Manage multiple projects concurrently from bid to completion, ensuring deadlines are met.
- Participate in project meetings, assisting with scheduling and installation coordination.
- Collaborate with clients to establish project timelines and provide regular updates on progress.
- Deliver training to clients or end-users on system operation and maintenance.

Requirements:
