Our client is a well-established distributor of high-quality safety equipment serving various industries.
Position Overview: We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized Sales and Logistics Coordinator to join the team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting our sales efforts and coordinating logistics to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
  1. Sales Support:
    • Assist the sales team with order processing, quotations, and customer inquiries
    • Maintain and update customer records in our CRM system
    • Prepare sales reports and presentations for management review
    • Collaborate with the marketing team on sales initiatives and promotions
  2. Logistics Coordination:
    • Coordinate equipment deliveries and manage shipping schedules
    • Liaise with suppliers, carriers, and warehouses to ensure timely order fulfillment
    • Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays
    • Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock management
  3. Administrative Duties:
    • Handle general office tasks, including answering phones and managing correspondence
    • Organize and maintain filing systems for sales and logistics documents
    • Schedule meetings and manage calendars for the sales team
    • Process expense reports and assist with budget tracking
Qualifications:
  • 2+ years of experience in sales support, logistics coordination, or administrative roles, preferably in B2B environments
  • Familiarity with the manufacturing, distribution, or construction industries is a plus
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM systems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize effectively
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and efficiency
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
