Job Summary

The Hotel Shuttle Driver is a valued member of the Hotel Division at Warrenton Oil Group. This role primarily involves local vehicle operations, transporting guests safely and professionally to various destinations. This position is ideal for someone seeking part-time hours and flexibility.

Key Responsibilities
  • Transportation Services
    • Transport passengers throughout Missouri and occasionally the Midwest.
    • Document and log work/rest periods, miles spent driving, and retain fuel/toll receipts.
    • Adapt to unexpected situations, such as traffic or weather conditions.
    • Provide general upkeep and maintenance of company-owned shuttle bus.
  • Customer Service
    • Provide outstanding customer service throughout the entirety of the trip.
    • Prepare for pre-trip by stocking the shuttle bus with refreshments.
    • Conduct thorough post-trip, including light cleaning and organization.
  • Team Collaboration
    • Perform tasks assigned to support and improve team operations.
    • Inspect vehicles for mechanical issues and safety concerns, and perform preventative maintenance.
    • Report defects, accidents, or violations.
    • Coordinate with passengers for timely pickup and drop-off at desired locations.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving
    • Maintain and protect all property in excellent condition.
  • Company Support
    • Advise the Company of any actions or situations posing a threat to employees, customers, or guests.
    • Observe safety and security procedures, and use equipment and materials properly.
Requirements
  • At least 1-year proven work experience as a professional driver.
  • No recent moving or driving violations.
  • Valid driver's license.
  • Customer Service skills.
  • Patience.
  • Adaptability.
  • 'Can do' attitude.
  • Outgoing personality.
  • Professional demeanor.
