We are accepting applications for full time Project Managers. These positions will require travel an estimated 30% of the year. 

 

Responsibilities:


Management

  •   Coordination of facility maintenance projects and rollouts including procurement     of labor and materials, assisting with project and rollout logistics, scheduling and overseeing all stages of project pipeline
  •     Develop brand expertise as client liaison

Support

  •   Assist in preparation of documentation, layout and communication tolls to vendors, clients and internal staff

Lead

  •       Prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  •       Wide range of coordination tasks using our software systems
  •       Other duties as assigned

Skills

  •       Ability to thrive in a tight deadline environment
  •       Detail oriented and highly organized
  •       Proficient in time management, budget management, risk management
  •       Must be able to travel on demand as needed
  •       Excellent technical writing and verbal communication skills
  •       Adaptability and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment
  •       Computer proficiency – Apple products experience a plus

Education/Experience

  •       Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
  •       Hands-on experience a plus
  •       Project Management, Construction or Retail experience required
