As a Lead Technical Program Manager (TPM) at Enfabrica, you will hold a visible, impactful, and mission-
critical role in an engineering and product-driven organization that is redefining network infrastructure
for the age of AI computing. You’ll be instrumental in driving product execution goals and bringing
cutting-edge technology to market in a fast-paced hardware/software co-development environment,
while helping to solve some of the most challenging networking and compute problems, both internally
and with tier-1 cloud and hyperscale customers.

What you get to do
  • PM-level leadership and ownership of highly complex HW/SW co-development projects from inception through on-time delivery.
  • Demonstrate technical breadth that enables consuming technical information from multiple internal and external stakeholders, asking the right questions and distilling the answers to ensure products arrive on time.
  • Display strong leadership and decision-making skills meeting time-sensitive deadlines, driving product development, and troubleshooting issues throughout the product lifecycle to ensure test metrics have all been passed, and are ready to be released to the world.
  • Identify and drive large, organization-level product initiatives forward that have multiple dependencies and many moving parts, using Gantt charts and applicable PM software applications.
Who we get in you
  • Advanced engineering degree and relevant experience to our field (semiconductors, networking, infrastructure technology).
  • Highly adept PMP orientation with 10+ years of related hardware and software co-development experience; proven experience in CPU, Networking, GPU, NIC, or other related data-center technologies is highly desired though not a must.
  • Hands-on exposure to a variety of data center technologies with technical proficiency in a hardware and software co-development environment. 
  • Years of experience driving large and high-profile projects for industry leaders.
  • PMP certification is highly preferred.
