A degree in engineering, computer science, information systems, or equivalent professional experience is required.

Key Responsibilities:

The Senior Technical Program Manager plays a pivotal role within the Development Services and Experiences (DevX) program team, driving execution on various technology or business process enhancement initiatives.

In this capacity, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Integrate various programs within a portfolio to clarify the 'why/what/how'.
  • Collaborate with the Program Leadership Team to facilitate program teams' delivery.
  • Identify and streamline program-level processes to ensure smooth organizational operations.

Core Skills:

Establish a program framework and maintain a program operating rhythm to unite complex, cross-organizational teams.

Lead the development of program roadmaps and execution strategies throughout all stages of planning, development, and production readiness.

Engage with key stakeholders across executive teams, product management, engineering, and various cross-functional groups to effectively drive program results.

Quickly identify and clarify critical issues and dependencies that require action, driving them to resolution.

Communicate outcomes clearly and in actionable terms, effectively balancing business needs with technical limitations.

Report progress across the organization at all levels, including program status, risks, dependencies, and change management.

Excel in creating order and clarity amidst ambiguity and chaos. Collaborate effectively with others during conflicts, possessing the ability to influence towards desired outcomes.
