We are looking for a Business Development Associate in Sacramento, CA. Recent college graduates with a strong desire to break into professional sales are highly encouraged to apply.

The Business Development Associate must be an energetic self-starter who understands the company brand and mission. The ideal candidate must be able to identify and build relationships with clinical partners. Must be resourceful and able to develop a well-defined time management process aligned with the vision of the company.

The Business Development Associate will report to the Marketing Director and is responsible for development and execution of the following:

  • Calling on Clinical partners (Outside Sales), supporting company goals and growth, providing exceptional customer service
  • Develop and strengthen relationships with decisions makers; physicians, referral coordinators, and other key staff members
  • Act as a liaison, visiting clinics regularly, providing marketing materials to enhance brand awareness
  • Participation and coordination of off-site community events
  • Assist in creating and designing marketing initiatives
  • Entering marketing data into database ZOHO
  • Additional administrative tasks as needed

Skills required:

  • Outgoing and amiable personality
  • Self-Starter, with excellent planning and organization skills
  • Strong Verbal/Written Communication skills
  • Knowledge of the healthcare industry, medical terms, work comp and physical therapy a plus
  • Ability to prioritize multiple task simultaneously
  • Computer skills/Microsoft office (excel)
  • Solid math skills
