Key Responsibilities:
 Build and maintain relationships with potential and existing clients through various
communication channels.
 Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets and business growth.
 Prepare and present compelling business proposals and presentations to potential clients.
 Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential
opportunities for growth.
 Manage the sales pipeline, track progress, and report on sales activities and outcomes.
 Negotiate terms and agreements with clients to close sales deals effectively.
 Work closely with the marketing team to align sales and marketing strategies and ensure
cohesive messaging.
 Gather and analyze customer feedback to improve products, services, and sales processes.
 Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the retail sector to expand the client
portfolio
 Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
 Work closely with senior management to drive growth
 Oversee and manage loss prevention programs for a diverse portfolio of retail clients.
 Train and mentor Security Officers staff for new locations to ensure compliance with best
practices and company policies.

 

Requirements:
 10+ years of experience in loss prevention, with a strong background in the retail sector.
 Proven track record of successfully managing and growing a portfolio of retail clients.
 Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
 Ability to develop and implement effective loss prevention strategies.
 Proficiency in preparing detailed reports and presentations.
 Demonstrated success in sales, with the ability to identify and secure new business opportunities.
 Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
 Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
