Technical Account Executive
Direct Hire Opportunity

About the Role

We are looking for a skilled Technical Account Manager in the USA to drive business transformation for our customers in Engineering and Construction Management. Your focus will be on retaining and expanding our customer base, ensuring they maximize the value of our technology.

Key Responsibilities

  • Customer Success: Build strong, long-term relationships, helping customers achieve their technical goals and solve business challenges.
  • Technical Expertise: Act as a Subject Matter Expert, supporting product adoption and guiding customers from the sales phase to active use.
  • Sales Support: Understand customer challenges, identify solutions, and assist the sales team in addressing pain points.
  • Onboarding & Training: Lead onboarding, monitor solution usage, and conduct product training to boost adoption.
  • Feedback Loop: Relay customer feedback to internal teams to inform new product development.
  • Proactive Solutions: Analyze customer needs and suggest innovative ways to enhance their use of our products.
  • Product Updates: Keep customers informed on new features and assist with implementation.
  • Best Practices: Establish and promote best practices for using our solutions.
  • Documentation Support: Help customers develop requirements and specifications.

Requirements & Skills

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Project Management.
  • Experience: 3-6 years in Project Control, Project Planning, or related roles in AEC, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Construction, Energy & Utilities.
  • Technical Proficiency: Knowledge of project management methodologies and software.
  • Problem-Solving: Strong ability to address technical and business challenges.
  • Relationship Building: Proven experience building and maintaining strong customer relationships.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Initiative: Ability to identify and act on business growth opportunities.
  • Specification Skills: Expertise in creating or modifying customer specifications.
  • Industry Knowledge: Understanding of the US Construction and Process industries.
