Payco is a business consulting and payment technology firm located in Southern California. We work to simplify the lives of business owners. JOB SKILLS AND REQUIREMENTS

  • Applicable Sales experience or prior Formal education: A history of commitment to want to succeed.
  • Customer Service Skills: The customer is our top priority. Inside sales reps will need to be able speak in a friendly way to customers and potential clientele, listening to their needs and helping communicate options for them.
  • Communication Skills: Inside sales speaks with customers about a product's different features and answer any questions they might have.
  • Persistence: Not every customer is going to be a sale. Being able to bounce back if you lose a sale will be key for this job.
