JT Legal Group is seeking a dynamic manager to join our Client Relations team.

We are a Personal Injury Law Firm
- specializing in Auto Accidents.

Someone with Law Firm experience would be nice but not mandatory.

Duties include:

- Overseeing all sales calls and campaigns
- Planning and directing the training of new Sales Representatives
- Directing and coordinating all sales activities
- Preparing sales projections
- Tracking and analyzing sales statistics based on key quantitative metrics
- Handling and resolving customer complaints
- Making data-informed decisions to drive performance and resource allocation
- Setting sales quotas and goals
- Overseeing and directing performance of the sales team
- Identifying emerging markets to find new sales opportunities
- Defining and executing sales plans
- Working closely with Marketing Department to implement and execute new campaigns.
- Reporting to CEO any and all problems and ideas to make Sales team excel.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Ability to set sales targets and achieve them effectively
- Excellent interpersonal, customer service and communication skills
- Experience managing the sales process and forecasting sales
- Strong analytical skills to identify trends and sales patterns
- Ability to design and implement a successful sales strategy
- Ability to guide and mentor sales representatives
- Planning, organization and problem-solving skills
- Advanced time management skills

Pay: $100,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

**Experience**:

- Business development: 5 years (required)

- Glendale, CA 91203: Relocate before starting work (required)
