This is an In Office position - Located in Mount Laurel NJ.

This position will be responsible for triaging incoming calls and tickets as the primary contact, working with the technical team to manage customers issues and communicate with customers throughout the process.

This position reports to the Team Lead and Systems Administrators and is responsible for creating, triaging and communication of IT Helpdesk tickets. This position is essential in providing excellent customer service, documentation and understanding of the clients need. This is a crucial role where the employee triages the ticket and then escalates to the technical team in an efficient manner. This position is also responsible for checking incoming tickets in queue and assisting with assignment and customer communication.

Great opportunity for someone looking to enter the IT field and gain experience with a growing MSP. Beneficial to be PC (Windows), MAC and tech savvy. Additional Office responsibilities may include: supply ordering, assistance with billing and order entry, order tracking. Additional responsibilities to grow as experienced - Customer Reporting and related.

Preferred Experience:

6 months in customer service, dispatching and/or coordinating

6 months in a call-center-like environment - experience in an MSP environment is a major plus but not required.

Experience with GoToAssist \ LogMeIn \ TeamViewer

Experience with Office 365 \ Teams \ Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel

High School Diploma minimum - Associates preferred
