People National Bank is seeking candidates for an IT Support Specialist position in the Technology department working at our Mt. Vernon Corporate Location. This is not a REMOTE position. This is a challenging position that offers work in several different fields within the Information Technology arena.

Responsibilities will include but not limited to:

  • Provide Helpdesk Support (level 1-2-3)
  • Assist users with computer, printers, and software issues
  • Install, configure and maintain workstations – printers, software, and applying patches
  • Provide advanced support for key banking applications
  • Management and support of phone systems

Skills Needed:

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in Information Technology, along with a degree in Computer Science, related field, or IT certifications
  • Effective verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Strong work ethic
  • Problem solving and investigative skills
  • Ability to multi-task effectively
  • Will be required to travel locally
