RISE Housing and Support Services has an entry-level opportunity for an empathetic, insightful, and dedicated individual to join our Supported Apartment Program team. A successful candidate will be able to provide direct support services to residents as they build self-confidence and gain independence. This individual must have the ability to positively respond to the needs of sensitive populations, such as those recovering from mental health, substance use, and/or homelessness.

RISE offers a starting Apartment Counselor:

  • A rate of $18.50 per hour
  • $1500 bonus after 6 months of employment
  • Opportunities for overtime
  • Day one vacation accruals at a rate of 10 days per year, 9 paid holidays, plus additional time off including sick, personal, and more

Overview of Job Responsibilities:

  • Collaborating with program residents to work toward their goals
