We are currently in search of a Property Community Leader to oversee our operations at a multifamily residential community.
Position Overview:
As a Property Community Leader, you will manage the day-to-day activities of the community.
Key Responsibilities:
• Ensure stable occupancy levels and achieve financial objectives
• Foster strong resident relationships and deliver exceptional customer service
• Guide, mentor, and support site staff
• Build positive connections within the community
• Be available for on-call duties as assigned by management
Qualifications:
- A minimum of 5 years of experience in property management is preferred
Familiarity with Yardi software is preferred
Willingness to work occasional evenings and weekends as necessary
