Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Dublin, OH for an administrative assistant/bookkeeper/office HR.

The candidate will be responsible for performing a variety of administrative and office support duties, including but not limited to bookkeeping, HR tasks, data entry, customer service, and receptionist duties.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • MUST HAVE. Prior experience in administrative tasks, bookkeeping, and HR procedures
  • MUST HAVE. Proficiency in using Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, and QuickBooks,
  • MUST HAVE. Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
  • MUST HAVE. Ability to multitask, prioritize deadlines, work independently or as part of a team
  • MUST HAVE. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Basic knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Willingness to learn and adapt to new procedures and technologies.
  • Work as part of a team
