Job Title: Customer Procurement Service Team Specialist

Type: Contract to hire

Duration: 6 Months – High probability of converting FT

Location: Denver, CO - Hybrid

Responsibilities

  • Support procurement setup questions from Sales, Solution Providers, and Customers.
  • Provide efficient assistance to Clients customers on various issues and questions related to Vendor setup.
  • Complete various vendor forms on different platforms/mediums, with attention to detail, to comply with company policies.
  • Complete complex vendor forms.
  • Liaison with teams throughout to ensure customers receive accurate and timely information needed 
  • Manage customer expectations by providing regular updates on progress
  • Act as a change agent for critical organizational transitions. Drive positive change essential for the success of the function.
  • Work with key stakeholders and initiate action to effectively support and improve business systems, tools, and processes.
  • Be a key contact for Sales to solve issues coming from the daily work while suggesting training to cover knowledge gaps.
    Respond to and resolve internal inquiries about applicable business systems and operations.
    Deliver effective presentations to a variety of audiences.

Required :

  • BA, BS, or equivalent experience.
  • 3+ years of sales/support or similar experience.
  • Understanding of procurement or vendor setup processes.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, including writing and presenting.
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to get the job done.
  • Dedicated to service and customer-orientated.
  • Strong work ethic and quality standards
  • Proficient with multiple desktop applications, including MS Office, SharePoint, Wiki, DocuSign, MS Teams.
  • Detail-oriented, multitasker, comfortable in a fluid, ever-changing environment.
